Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
No, we do not. All available products are listed here on Gary’s Glass.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your piece. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Where do the products ship from?
We’re based out of Eugene, Oregon.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How do I hang my sun catcher or window piece?
Each piece comes with a suction cup ready to use. Just find a sunny window, attach the suction cup to the glass, and hang your piece
Will the colors fade over time?
No, the color is in the glass itself, not painted on, so it won’t fade with sunlight or time.
Are the products made of real glass?
Yes, all of our products are made of real glass.
